The preliminary phase for Digipas.app
The process begins with a no-obligation demonstration, where we’ll get acquainted via Teams or at your location. During this no-obligation demonstration, we’ll set up a test environment on our web portal that perfectly matches your association’s branding. This is the web portal where you’ll have complete control in the future.
We’ll send you an activation email for the demo. In this email, you can easily download the Digipas.app and activate your digital test pass. We do this to make it incredibly easy to understand what we’ll be presenting during the free, no-obligation demonstration. We’ll also discuss the options and features for your association.
Communication kit for transition to a digital pass
What do I need to set in advance?
- Select which fields you want to show in the app, such as name, date of birth, membership type, membership number, etc.
- Upload your logo and select your primary and secondary colors.
- Add redirects to websites, Facebook, or other channels.
- Set up the RSS feed for automatic news items from the website in the app (a small piece of code that we can help with).
- Add sponsor logos and names, along with any start and end dates.
Importing the large batch with membership cards
Now that everything is ready to go, we’ll give you some final advice on adding and importing digital passes. You can do this yourself, but if you’re having trouble, one of our advisors is ready to help. We’ll never leave you alone. Importing passes is effortless using a CSV template.
After importing the large batch of members, you can sit back and let Digipas.app do the work for you. You won’t need to import the imported digital passes again next year. All you have to worry about is new members and/or cancellations, which can be completed in just 30 seconds per pass.
