1. Collect digital contact information.

To save unnecessary handling for volunteers, it is important to collect as many e-mail addresses as possible from your members. With an up-to-date list of members with email addresses, you can quickly reach all members easily via email. In addition, it doesn’t hurt to check member e-mail addresses once in a while. Members still sometimes switch e-mail addresses, or they make a spelling mistake.

3. Import and send

Once all contact information has been gathered, and everyone is well informed, the next step is to create and send the passes. VaFrom your member records, CRM system or other platform, you can often generate an export file with all the contact information. You can then use these again to import into our web portal.

While importing, you can choose to also send an activation email immediately. Through this email, the member can easily download and activate a digital pass. Do you have new members? Or guests visiting? You add these easily. This can be done individually, or through the aforementioned import functionality. Send digital passes with or without end dates!

 

4. The benefits of a digital solution!

With a digital solution, you only process all member data once in your online environment. This is only needed once, since you can assign a start and eventual end date.
